EnduroCo 300 Series Hiace 4WD Conversion
The EnduroCo full-time 4WD conversion for the Toyota Hiace 300 Series features high and low range selection via an electronic transfer case and centre diff lock, operated by factory-style dash switches.
Up front, it incorporates independent suspension with heavy-duty steering knuckles, reinforced lower control arms, upgraded coil springs, and robust sway bar links. At the rear, new heavy-duty leaf springs and uprated shocks deliver a 150mm lift for improved ground clearance and off-road performance.
Riding on 17” black steel wheels with all-terrain tyres, the converted Hiace maintains traction and stability off-road while remaining smooth on sealed roads.
A GVM upgrade to 4,200kg—over 600kg above standard—offers enhanced load-carrying capacity.
Fully ADR-compliant and approved for Secondary Stage Manufacture, the EnduroCo 4WD system suits all Hiace variants, including left/right-hand drive, diesel/petrol, and manual/automatic models.

The Hiace 4×4 conversion can be achieved on average in 2 working weeks and includes engineering compliance.
Can older, used models be converted to 4x4?
Yes, used models can be converted provided they are the 300 series built 2019 onwards.
Do you also convert them to motorhomes or camper vans?
Whilst EnduroCo provide a range of options to suit your vehicle, unfortunately motorhome or camper fit-outs and conversions is not something we do.
Is the conversion compatible with left hand drive models?
Yes, the 4×4 conversion is available for both left and right-hand drive models.
Is the conversion available for LWB models?
Yes, the conversion is compatible with all variants of the Hiace including LWB and Granvia.
What warranty do you offer?
All EnduroCo conversions are backed by a limited 3 year / 100,000Km warranty or whichever comes first.
